WORKING WITH ELLIE
I am an IFSI Approved Consultant, Level 3 trained, and certified IFS clinician. I have experience as a Program Assistant (PA) in multiple Level 1 trainings.

My specialization is trauma and its legacy within our systems.

My approach to consultation is similar to my approach with my therapy clients: collaborative, curious, and non-pathologizing. I am a total psychology geek. I love thinking about our systems, appreciating how we’ve each adapted and evolved to survive our particular upbringings and life circumstances. I’m continually amazed at how adaptable we all are.

AND my sweet spot is helping someone unstick from a place they’re feeling stuck - in life or in clinical work.

Using case presentations, together we’ll gently slow down to get clear on where the work is getting stuck or not flowing or getting frustrating. This is equal parts reviewing and practicing the different steps of the model and reflecting on your own system and what parts in you may be ‘up’ and blocking your calm, curious, presence.

You’ll come away with more insights into your clients, increased confidence in your role, and re-energized about the possibility for healing that IFS offers.

My rate for a 55-minute 1:1 consultation is $225.
